Geosynthetics and Geogrid Products

Woven slit film geotextiles provide stabilization and separation preventing base aggregates from migrating into subgrade soil. Woven geotextiles are made from polypropylene yarns woven for dimensional stability to provide fabric strength and low elongation to prevent damage such as tearing or puncturing.

Nonwoven polypropylene geotextiles are used for soil separation and drainage. They combine high durability, along with excellent physical and hydraulic properties.  Nonwoven geotextiles are produced from polypropylene staple fibers and combine high water flow rates and durability while providing excellent soil retention. Applications including subsurface drainage and roadway separation applications.

Depending on product selection, high performance geotextiles are used for base course reinforcement and soil stabilization/reinforcement applications as well as for road, runway and railway construction. High performance geotextiles are designed to provide separation, filtration, and reinforcement for moderate to severe site conditions. These geotextiles are extremely versatile and ensure long-term performance.

Uniaxial geogrids are high performance woven polyester and polymer-coated geogrids used for soil reinforcement.  They are used in Mechanically Stabilized Earth Walls, retaining walls and steep slopes. Biaxial geogrids are used for base course reinforcementand soil stabilization applications. Such applications would be paved roads, constructing haul roads, foundation reinforcement, and weak subgrades.
